Pets are welcome. However, animals, especially dogs, may only be kept or temporarily kept with the express permission of the landlord. The permission is only valid for the individual case and can be revoked at any time if unpleasantness occurs. It is strictly forbidden to keep animals in beds, on seating furniture and in sanitary areas such as bathrooms/WC, sauna, pool area, fitness room, massage area and village shop. In case of non-compliance, the landlord may terminate the rental contract with immediate effect and charge additional cleaning costs afterwards. The tenant is liable for all damages and additional cleaning costs caused by keeping animals.

The rented chalet shall be handed over to the tenant in a clean and contractually compliant condition. If there are any defects or the inventory is incomplete at the time of handover, the hirer must report this immediately to reception. Otherwise, the rental property shall be deemed to have been handed over in perfect condition. Should the tenant take over the chalet late or not at all, the entire rental price remains owed.

Regional products in the Tomtegl village shop

What could be better after an extensive day of hiking, biking, skiing and cross-country skiing or a day in the pool in your own mountain chalet, to prepare a good meal for two, with friends or with the family in a state-of-the-art kitchen. The ingredients are available with us. In the Tomtegl village shop, which you will find in the reception building, you will find fresh regional food, such as bread, butter, cheese, milk, various dairy products, ham, eggs, fruit, vegetables, some of them also in organic quality, drinks, as well as hygiene products. So you don't have to drive into the valley to the nearest supermarket, because in the Tomtegl village shop you will find everything you need for your favourite recipe.

Relax and switch off

There is an extra large SPA chalet on the Tomtegl Bergchalet grounds.  The SPA chalet can be reached on foot in just a few steps from each mountain chalet. In the SPA chalet there is a large fitness room with the latest fitness equipment, such as a cross trainer, treadmill, bike, weight station, etc. At any time of the year you have a fantastic view of the Karawanken mountains while you are working out. Also in the SPA chalet there is the possibility for a relaxing massage or a cosmetic treatment. In addition, there is a relaxation room to unwind or simply let your gaze wander into the mountains. Our large heated infinity outdoor pool (5x12 metres) with an included massage bubble bench is open all year round. Here you can swim your laps from morning to night, whatever the weather, or simply have your back massaged, just like in a whirlpool. Afterwards, go back to your own mountain chalet and enjoy the evening in front of the open fireplace with a glass of good red wine from our Tomtegl village shop.
